Highlighting Youth Upland Game Bird Season on TV

On TV this week, I’ll be highlighting Nebraska’s two-day youth upland game bird hunting season that will be taking place this the weekend of October 19th & 20th. I’ll be reminding you where we at Game and Parks will be releasing adult rooster pheasants for the kids and mentors to bag as well as offering a few hunting tips if time allows.

My Weekly TV Outdoor Report airs on Omaha’s WOWT 6 News LIVE Thursday evening at 6 p.m. CST during the sportscast with Ross Jernstrom.

Tune in, check requirements, and then plan to take your young folks out to go after a  rooster pheasant or two!
