All About Trout and Taking Kids Fishing

Spring pan-sized rainbow trout stockings are underway in Nebraska already with the Two Rivers State Recreation Area Trout Lake near Waterloo, NE receiving fish! Many more water bodies around the state will be getting trout (like the one below) very soon!

And, the stockings are just in time for some decent weather for wetting a line with your kids! I’ll be fishing later this week at the Two Rivers Trout Lake with my 16 year-old, high school sophomore Son Noah who’s on Spring break. He can’t wait to go and neither can I!
