LIVE IN THE ICE ZONE ON CHANNEL 6

With my Weekly Outdoor Report, I’ll be LIVE in the Ice Zone of the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at the CenturyLink Center in downtown Omaha on Thursday night. I’ll be talking about ice skating on the natural ice of frozen Nebraska lakes, reservoirs and ponds and most importantly safety and general guidelines when thinking of doing that.

My Weekly Outdoor Report airs LIVE Thursday evenings during the 6 p.m. CST newscast in the sports segment on Omaha’s WOWT-TV/Channel 6 and online at www.wowt.com If you’re unable to view the live broadcast of the report, video replays of it can be seen after the initial cast at this link: www.wowt.com/sports It can also be accessed on Digital Channel 6.2 and Cox Cable Channel 120. Additionally, Channel 6 runs the outdoor report on Saturdays later in the station’s hour-long 8 a.m. newscast. Thanks for watching, may see you on the ice!
