Outdoor Education Center to open late Sept. 24

LINCOLN – The indoor firearm and archery ranges at the Nebraska Game and Parks Outdoor Education Center in Lincoln will open at 2 p.m. instead of noon on Sept. 24. The closure is due to a private event. The outdoor archery range will be open from sunrise to sunset, as usual.

The education center is located at 4703 N. 44th St. Aside from special closures, the indoor ranges are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from noon to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. They are closed on Wednesdays. The outdoor archery range is open every day from sunrise to sunset.
