Families on Target Set for Aug. 28 in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. – A free evening of archery shooting is scheduled at the Families on Target program Aug. 28 at the Lincoln Archery Range.

The event takes place from 6-8 p.m. The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission will instruct new shooters on yardage targets, 3-D targets and aerial targets. Equipment will be provided.

The Lincoln Archery Range is located at 44th and Superior streets. Drive west through the Lincoln Trap and Skeet grounds to the archery range parking lot.
