Sherman Reservoir to Celebrate 50 Years

LINCOLN, Neb. – A 50th anniversary celebration of Sherman Reservoir as a centerpiece for agriculture and tourism will be held June 7-9.

Events will take place at Sherman Reservoir State Recreation Area, as well as in Loup City and Ashton. Activities will include music, food and several fishing events. The celebration will begin with a dedication ceremony at 2 p.m. June 7.
