Did you know that one of our Nebraska state park lands actually has an old town site within its boundaries? Know which state park it is? As a private and an infantryman from the 1820’s in the U.S. Army, I had the privilege of marching with men from Fort Atkinson’s Rifle Company and even pulling guard duty at the building of the Indian Agent this evening.
