This time I found an article about a mental health study done in Britain. Wouldn’t you know it? Fishing is good for your mental health!

I can tell you for a fact that my blood pressure is significantly lower on days when I have been fishing. That is true even if I have been tripping over everyone’s trash or some idiot on a jet-ski blows through the school of wipers I was catching! (Both things have actually occurred, and believe me, they do NOT make me happy!)
So, there you go. As if you needed another excuse to go fishing this weekend?! Do it! It is good for you!
