LINCOLN, Neb. – Willow Creek Reservoir in Pierce County and Rockford Lake in Gage County are on health alert. During water testing earlier this week, the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality detected elevated toxin levels produced by blue-green algal blooms in both lakes.
