TV Outdoor Report Previews Expo

The massive Missouri River Outdoor Expo at Ponca State Park near Ponca, NE  (happening this weekend of Sept. 19th & 20th) is in the crosshairs for my Weekly TV Outdoor Report airing on Omaha’s WOWT 6 News LIVE this Thursday at 6 p.m CST during the sportscast.

Jeff Packer of the WOWT 6 Sports Machine and I are gonna show you why you and your family should attend this grand-scale expo which is one of the largest in the nation and is celebrating its 11th anniversary! There will be more than 85 hands-on outdoor activities for you and the kids to sample!

The rock climbing wall is a thrill!

Kayaking is popular and fun!

There will even be some critters to touch!

Remember, if you are unable to view the live broadcast of the outdoor report, several other options are available to see it. Video replays of the report can also be seen after the initial cast here. Plus, the report can also be accessed on Digital Channel 6.2 and Cox Cable Channel 120. In addition, WOWT 6 runs The Weekly Outdoor Report on Saturdays later in the station’s hour-long 8 a.m. CST newscast. Be sure to watch the segment and then plan to take your family to scenic Ponca State Park just over two hours north of Omaha this weekend!
