Nebraska Public Media has been running a new series called Conservation Works. It is a series featuring “conservationists, scientists and educators working together to conserve the state’s natural resources while maintaining productive working landscapes.” I believe I have caught every episode so far and they have been very good.
Of course I am partial to the episodes featuring aquatic resources and fish! I would highly recommend you watch last week’s episode:
That episode highlights some of the work that has been done on streams across the state. Nebraska’s fisheries and anglers are benefitting from this work!
