Now is the time when we wait on the ice to be thick enough for ice fishing. While waiting we can get gear ready and perhaps do some training.

Some Nebraska waters are starting to freeze up and some may be venturing on to the ice. It is important to be safe!

Ice fishing will NOT be allowed on Hudson Lake in Cherry County this winter. The private lake was not re-enrolled in the Open Waters Program.
