Promotion of Midwest Walleye Challenge in Nebraska was more low-key this year, but several Nebraska anglers participated. You might like to see some of the results:

The contest ran from the beginning of April to the end of June. A total of 46 anglers participated.

Sixty-nine different waterbodies were fished:

A total of 1,311 fish were caught:

The most fish entered were caught from a private pit in eastern Nebraska. That was followed by Lake Maloney, Sutherland Reservoir, Holmes Lake, and Lake McConaughy.

Walleyes from 8 inches to 30 inches were entered. The eight largest walleyes entered were all in excess of 29 inches with the largest being 30 inches.

Of the six states that participated in the 2025 Midwest Walleye Challenge (Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, South Dakota, and Michigan), the 30-inch fish caught in Nebraska was the largest fish entered.
