Unless you live under a rock you cannot avoid hearing how we all need to develop healthier habits. Eat healthy, follow this diet, exercise, take this supplement, use this drug, etc., etc., etc. Safe bet all of that messaging is not going to go away anytime soon.
Have to admit that I have lost a few pounds myself. When asked how I did that, I have an easy answer, “Quit eating”. That answer is in part true, my wife and I have made an effort to eat less. We also spend some time on a rowing machine each day.
I cannot tell you how many miles I have rowed, put in a few thousand yards every day. Figured while I am doing that I might as well troll a bait behind me. Put a rod holder on back. Always heard how effective row-trolling can be for muskies.
Still waiting for the first one, but that does not mean I am going to quit trying. Like all muskie fishing, it is just a matter of time!
At least I have some snappy tunes to listen to while I am rowing:
Have a great weekend! If you try to get on the ice this weekend, use your spud bar and make sure it is safe. If you cannot get on the ice, might as well hit the rowing machine and see what you can troll up!
