LINCOLN, Neb. – Join Nebraska Game and Parks Commission professionals and local hunting experts to learn the basics of turkey hunting at a Southeast Community College course. Several Family Fishing Fundamentals Courses Cancelled at SCC

LINCOLN – Southeast Community College’s family Fishing Fundamentals course has been cancelled in Auburn, York, Plattsmouth and Nebraska City; however, the Lincoln classes remain on the schedule. The college is offering the course to provide anglers with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to begin fishing. LINCOLN – Southeast Community College is offering a family Fishing Fundamentals course in April to provide anglers with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to begin fishing. Fishing Fundamentals Offered at SCC

LINCOLN – Southeast Community College (SCC), in partnership with the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, is offering a new continuing education class called Fishing Fundamentals. The class is a four-week, family-oriented course that will teach families about equipment, common fish species and how to catch them, regulations, and where to fish. Trained fishing instructors lead the course and accompany the group on a field trip to a fishing area. Courses are scheduled at SCC campuses in Lincoln, York, and Wahoo. …
