It’s Sports Show Time in Omaha!

It’s a fun and exciting week for me in the metro as the state’s largest outdoor show, the Omaha Boat, Sports and Travel Show, kicks off tonight (Thursday night) and runs through late Sunday afternoon downtown at the CenturyLink Center. Omaha Sports Show Mode

I’m in sports show mode with my outdoors-related broadcasts and appearances this week. First, I’ll be previewing what’s available for you at the 2014 version of Nebraska’s largest sports show – the Omaha Boat, Sports and Travel Show – on The Weekly Outdoor Report tonight on WOWT 6 News. While working the Omaha Boat, Sports and Travel Show yesterday, I was reminded about a couple Nebraska rivers not floated much that have nearly constant water levels year-round being spring-fed by the massive Ogallala Aquifer. Despite the big winter storm named “Q “coming our way, the state’s largest sports show — the Omaha Boat, Sports and Travel Show — will go on as scheduled! The show will run from this Thursday night through Sunday afternoon at the CenturyLink Center in downtown Omaha.
