Visitors to Nebraska’s south-central state parks will notice several improvements this year. Projects completed in 2022 or to be finished in 2023 will appeal to an array of park users. Public archery range open at Buffalo Bill Ranch SRA

LINCOLN, Neb. – North Platte-area archers now have a venue to practice their sport as a public archery range has opened at Buffalo Bill Ranch State Recreation Area. Built by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and local volunteers, the range is free to use and open during daylight hours. A vehicle park entry permit is required.
