Catfish Stocked at Lake Halleck for Family Fishing Night

Quick blog post to let you know that just yesterday at Lake Halleck in Papillion, 130  really nice 2 to 5 pound channel catfish (see pic below) were stocked from the Game and Parks Commission’s North Platte Fish Hatchery. I was a guest angler at my Brother-In-Law Dean’s neat, new place yesterday. This isn’t just any place. This is Nebraska’s first eco-friendly, geothermal neighborhood/private ponds development area called The Bridges on the southwest edge of Lincoln, NE: http://www.thebridgesne.com/Downloads/Geothermal.pdf Pretty area!
