Big game meeting in Bridgeport rescheduled for Dec. 28

LINCOLN, Neb. – The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission’s big game public informational meeting scheduled for Dec. 21 in Bridgeport has been postponed because of inclement weather. The meeting is rescheduled for Dec. 28 at 7 p.m. at Prairie Winds Community Center, 428 N. Main St. Hunters and landowners are encouraged to offer their feedback on big game issues during this meeting, which is one of several held statewide. Public meeting scheduled Oct. 5 for Valentine NWR fisheries

LINCOLN, Neb. – A public informational meeting regarding the Valentine National Wildlife Refuge fisheries will be held Oct. 5 in Valentine. The meeting, hosted by the refuge and the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, will be held from 7-9 p.m. at the Niobrara Lodge, 803 E. U.S. Highway 20. Future of Nebraska’s fisheries to be discussed at public meetings

LINCOLN – The public is invited to attend informational meetings across the state in October regarding the future of Nebraska’s aquatic resources. Fisheries personnel from the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission have been developing a road map for the state’s fisheries and aquatic resources.
