Come on, Disconnect for a Day!

What would it be like to go without ultra-modern technology? What if you had to give up your mobile communicating device (cell phone), iPad, iPod, laptop computer, digital cable television, satellite car radio, etc. for 24 hours. That would mean no texting, no Tweeting, no Facebook, no Snapchat, no Facetime, no IM-ing, none of that stuff! Out of Your Comfort Zone

Me, Play Golf?

I have been invited to participate in Scheels First Annual Camo Classic golf tournament at Miracle Hills Golf and Tennis here in Omaha, NE. WOW! The organizers of this event have no idea what they’re in for with me playing golf! I haven’t played golf since high school. It’s gonna be downright dangerous on that course with me out there swingin’ away! I’ll just plan on inspecting and evaluating the course’s wildlife habitat and lookin’ around for critters until I …
