LINCOLN, Neb. – The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission is seeking to add new conservation officers. Conservation officers have the important job of protecting our natural resources and helping keep the people who use our state parks and other public lands safe through the enforcement of fish, wildlife, boating, and park laws. Special enforcement aimed at reduction of accidents on SRAs

LINCOLN, Neb. – Conservation officers with the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission conducted special enforcement patrols on state recreation areas this summer. These efforts in Lancaster and Gage counties were designed to help ensure users have a safe and enjoyable experience on those areas. Enforcement efforts aimed to reduce serious and fatal vehicle and boat accidents resulted in three arrests for driving under the influence. Visit Nebraska Wildlife Crimestoppers Trailer During Waverly-Plattsmouth Football Game

LINCOLN – The public will have a chance to talk with Nebraska Game and Parks Commission conservation officers and view examples of wildlife taken illegally on Oct. 23 in Waverly.
