My 2013 Nebraska spring wild turkey hunting season is complete. Took Gobbler #3 Saturday evening hunting in the woodlands of northern Douglas County with Son Zach Wagner. Sharing a couple quick pics of a nice gobbler I was able to take on this beautiful opening day of Nebraska’s spring shotgun wild turkey hunting season in northern Douglas County. Decided to go ‘old school’ spring shotgun turkey hunting — no decoys, no blind, just camo, calls and face paint!
