Father’s Day Gift Ideas

Calendar says Father’s Day is this weekend.  If you have put off getting your father or grandfather the perfect gift, never fear.  I have the perfect gift idea for them. . . .

No, it is not a tie. . . .

And, if you need an excuse, enter ’em in the Take ‘Em Fishing Challenge.

My Dad and granddads are gone now.  If they were still here, I will guarantee a fishing trip would be the perfect Father’s Day.

I was searching for some photos this week.  In the process I had to take a few nostalgic detours:

Gramps Roth with a couple of Snake River trout.
Grandpa Bauer with some channel cats and a nice walleye on the shores of Lake McConaughy.
Dad with a Valentine Refuge bass.

Taking ’em fishing before it ever was a challenge!  Sure do miss those guys!

Have a great weekend!  Enjoy some time with your father!
