Nov. 3, 10, 17: College Night on the Range, Nebraska Game and Parks Outdoor Education Center, Lincoln – College students can work on their firearm or archery skills for a reduced price on Tuesday nights through the fall semester.
Nov. 7-8: River Valley Artisan and Craft Market, Eugene T. Mahoney State Park, Ashland – Start your holiday shopping early with handcrafted goods from a variety of mediums, such as woodworking, candle making, jewelry making, ceramics, glassware and art.
Nov. 10: Becoming an Outdoors-Woman: Beginning Nature Journaling, online – This free webinar covers how to get started in nature journaling as well as beginning drawing and observation skills.
Nov. 17: Growing Up WILD Educator Workshop, online – Early childhood educators and after-school providers are invited to learn how to engage children in nature through discoveries and science in this Zoom-based workshop.
Nov. 24: Hunting Happy Hour: Muzzleloader Deer Hunting, online – Ideal for those with little or no experience, this Zoom-based get-together offers newcomers the knowledge and confidence to seek out their own adventures in the field this fall.
