Archery day camp provides stimulating winter break fun

LINCOLN, Neb. – Keep your kids active and having fun during winter break at the Arctic Archery Day Camp in Lincoln Dec. 28-29.

Held at the Nebraska Game and Parks Outdoor Education Center, the camp features archery, air rifle, ancient spear throwing, games, art projects, crafts, and learning about winter wildlife. Kids never tire of range time here, and our experienced outdoor education professionals provide the structure and safety they need to learn new skills and have fun at the same time.

Kids in grades 2 through 6 are welcome to attend, and may attend one or both days. Single-day registration is $40; the cost for both days is $75. Register by calling 402-471-6141 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 12-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Learn more about the Outdoor Education Center at OutdoorEdCenter.org.

The education center is located at 4703 N. 44th St.
