Public Meetings to Discuss Possible Hunter Sight-In Range in Lancaster County

LINCOLN – The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission will host two public informational meetings to discuss the proposed placement of a single bench and berm for hunters to sight-in firearms at Killdeer Wildlife Management Area (WMA) in Lancaster County.

The meetings will be Feb. 16 at the Spring Creek Audubon Center, 11700 S.W. 100th St., Denton, and Feb. 18 at the Nebraska Game and Parks Outdoor Education Center, 4703 N. 44th St., Lincoln. Both meetings will begin at 6 p.m.

Killdeer WMA is located 2½ miles north of Martell.
