Run Wild for Wildlife Conservation May 16

LINCOLN – Registration is now open for Run Wild, an annual trail run to be held May 16 at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park. Choose from a 10k or 5k trail run on a scenic, naturally challenging back trail. There also is a 1-mile children’s fun run.

All proceeds are used for conservation of Nebraska’s wildlife and wild places, with special emphasis on Nebraska’s rare, declining and threatened and endangered species.

These trail runs are not timed. Early Registration is encouraged, as the narrow trails will limit the number of participants. Registration fees are $17 (no T-shirt included) and $25 (T-shirt included if registered by May 3). The fee is $12 for the 1-mile fun run.
